MONTY-THE CLASS BEAR

This is Monty. He lives in room 1. Every night someone in our class gets to take Monty home for an adventure!!
His adventures are then shared through a story with the class next day. Monty's book of adventures makes great reading!!!

A New Year- A New Class

Room 1 at Porritt School has now been going for 1 week this year.
We have 2 pupils and this week we get another!!!!! Yay

Exciting- we are starting to do an inquiry on change-how things change and how we cope with change.
We have tadpoles in our block- we know they will change. At the moment they are quite big and sleep a lot!!

BIG LITTLE SPORTS DAY

Today we invited Chipmunks Daycare, Tamatea Kindergarten and Pirimai Kindergarten for our BIG LITTLE SPORTS day. Our BIG kids love having the LITTLE kids here. It gives them a chance to work with their siblings and to have a catch up with their old pre-school teachers! YAY
Thanks to Mr Parker and Miss Fesili for the organisation. AWESOME
